Established in 2002, Natural Trading Company is a 40 acre, certified organic farm by CCOF. Natural Trading Company (NTC) prides itself on growing a fantastic variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs including over 5 different varieties of kale and 30 varieties of tomatoes. They sell at farmers’ markets, local coops and supermarkets, direct to restaurants and have a successful CSA program
We grow everything from arugula to zucchini. Our winter crop might include up to 5 different varieties of kale, chard, collards, arugula, mizuna, bok choy, beets, carrots, cabbage, fennel, lettuce, spinach, winter squash such as butternut and delicata, turnips, rutabaga, kohlrabi, lettuce, brussels sprouts, jerusalem artichokes, parsley, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, herbs and others. A summer harvest could include garlic, onions, basil, sweet peppers, spicy peppers, summer squash, eggplant, cucumbers, green beans, melons, potatoes, and our famous first-of-the-season tomatoes.
