Summer Panzanella Salad
Ingredients
2-3 Cucumbers
1-2 Heirloom Tomatoes
Handful of basil
1 peach
Bread (preferably stale)
Red leaf magenta lettuce - torn into pieces
Vinaigrette salad dressing (Farmhouse Labs Red Sunflower Dressing is Recommended)
Optional: Burrata or Mozzarella
Instructions
Chop cucumber, tomatoes, peach and basil into bite size pieces and toss in a salad bowl with lettuce.
Cut bread into cubes and place on a hot pan with olive oil. Toast bread on each side and add to the bowl with fruits and vegetables.
Add salt/pepper, dressing of choice, and optional mozzarella or burrata cheese.
Mix well and serve
