Green Garlic Miso Butter on Toast with Sliced Radish and Scallions
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of miso paste (white, yellow, or red)
1 tablespoon of butter (Sierra Nevada Salted Butter is recommended)
1-2 radishes thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of chopped scallion
Toast of choice (sourdough is recommended)
½ tablespoon of minced green garlic
Instructions
Finely chop, slice and mince green garlic, radish, and scallion and set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl combine butter and miso. Heat for 5-10 seconds to soften and mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Add in green garlic and stir to incorporate.
Toast sliced bread and top with a generous portion of miso butter. Layer with sliced radish and scallions and enjoy!
