Rainbow Chard Grilled Cheese with Rosemary Butter
Ingredients
Ingredients:
1-2 large Rainbow Chard Leaves/stems
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green garlic
1 stalk of Spring Onion
2 slices of sourdough bread (Tahoe Bread Company Recommended)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of rosemary chopped
2 slices of cheese (aged cheddar is recommended)
Optional: 1 slice of bacon
Instructions
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and rosemary
Place two slices of bread in the pan slightly toasting on each side. Add cheese to each slice
Next to the bread add chopped Rainbow Chard, green garlic, and spring onion
Allow everything to cook until the cheese is melted and greens are wilted.
Top bread with greens mixture and add optional bacon.
Slice in half and serve hot!
