Raspberry Mojito

 
 

Ingredients

 
  • Raspberries (4-6)

  • Mint (3-4 leaves)

  • 1 oz Simple syrup or 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • Sparkling water or club soda 

  • White rum (1.5 - 2 ounces)


Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker add raspberries, simple syrup (or sugar and a splash of water), and mint leaves. 

  2. Muddle thoroughly until raspberries are mashed and mint is aromatic. 

  3. Add white rum and ice and shake. 

  4. Pour directly into a tall glass with ice and top with soda water 

  5. Optional: add a mint sprig for garish
