Salty Sesame Kale Chips with Scallions
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
1 bunch of scallions
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 tablespoon of Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or Spicy Seaweed Salt from Sierra Roots Wellness
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Tear kale leaves into chip-size pieces and add to a bowl
Add soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and spices and mx thoroughly to evenly coat.
Lay out leaves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Flip leaves and rotate pan and cook for another 7-10 minutes or until leaves are crispy.
Serve with freshly chopped green onion!
